How To...?

1.  Cooking Crab
  In a large Pot bring water to a boil ....
  Add 1/2cup of salt...
  Add crab legs...
  Fill up sink with cold water...
  After 12 min. Remove crab legs and put them into the cold water to stop the cooking process.
  Serve with garlic butter...:)
 
Freezing Crab...
  Freeze only cooked crab...

2.  Boiling Prawns
  In a large Pot bring water to a boil...
  Add 1/2 cup of salt...
  Add thawed Prawn tails...
  Cover the pot with a lid...
  Fill up sink with cold water...
  As the pot returns to a rolling boil ... remove prawns and place them in the cold water to stop the cooking process.

  Serve with garlic butter...
  and may the best shucker win... ;)
